Is everything okay?'” The foundation will also launch a support group in February for those who have lost loved ones to suicide. “You don’t have to look a certain way to be struggling with your mental health. There are people struggling who seem to have everything under control, but mentally they’re not,” said Allison Jimenez, who runs the Zero Suicide Initiative at the Hanley Foundation. “What we found was that the majority of suicides occurred within 24 hours of being discharged from a mental health facility, so to find a way to combat that, we developed the Zero Suicide Initiative to ensure proper training for doctors, but also for the general public.”
