Jackson Warne shows off his bulging biceps at the gym

Jackson Warne, 23, has flexed his muscles once again to the delight of his 94,700 Instagram followers.

On Thursday, the 23-year-old demonstrated how far he could push his body during a workout with fitness coach Anthony Carus. 

In footage shared to the social media platform, Jackson is seen working out his bulging biceps in a fitted black t-shirt.

Sarcoplasma Stimulating Training was on his radar as he performed three sets aimed to push your body into fatigue.

He captioned the footage: ‘Happy and unfazed beefcake’, alongside a gorilla emoji.

Jackson’s impressive workout came after he hit the beach with his mother Simone Callahan in Melbourne on Monday.

In a subtle tribute to his dad, who died in Thailand aged 52 earlier this year, the SAS Australia star wore a pair of vintage shorts once owned by the beloved Spin King.

He donned a set of circa-2001 training shorts from the (ACB) Australian Cricket Board, which was rebranded Cricket Australia two years later.

Jackson, a keen amateur bodybuilder, showed off his brawny frame while going for a dip with his 52-year-old mum.

The pair splashed about the ocean before heading back to the beach to sunbathe on their towels.

This will be the Warne family’s first Christmas without Shane after he died in March.

In a post shared to Instagram in October, Jackson spoke of how he avoided a path of self-destruction after his father’s death by hitting the gym.

‘This year I could’ve easily gone downhill,’ he wrote.
