Hilaria Baldwin criticized for using a fake accent to divert press from Alec
Hilaria Baldwin was out for coffee Saturday morning when she was criticized on social media for using her “fake” Spanish accent while distracting reporters Friday so her husband Alec could escape your greenwich village rig.
Baldwin was seen wearing jeans and a turtleneck, holding cups of coffee from the Madman Espresso store on University Place as she walked with another woman.
On Friday, he told reporters he would speak to them following the news that Alec will be charged with manslaughter at the 2021 trial. Shooting Death of “Rust” Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Hilaria refused to answer questions Saturday as she walked back and forth, at one point carrying her young daughter and pushing another of the the couple’s seven children in a stroller
A local worker said she took pity on Alec Baldwin.
Massiel Pimentel, who works at the Joey Healy Eyebrow Studio on University Place, where Hilaria is a client, said he recently saw the actor at a local bagel shop and wanted to confront him. She claimed that he conned his cousin, a taxi driver in Puerto Rico, out of a fare of $80.
“But I saw it and it looked so bad. I guess this whole situation is really taking its toll on him, so when I saw him I was like, ‘Let me just leave him alone.’ Because he looks very bad, ”he said.
His cousin, speaking on FaceTime from Puerto Rico, confirmed that the actor did not pay him, but said that the incident happened 10 years ago and that he did not want to give him a hard time.
“He’s in enough trouble with everything that’s going on right now,” he said. “Karma catches you.”
