Fantasy Football Rankings Week 15: Sleepers, starters, sitters | Elijah Moore, Chris Moore and… more
Congratulations if you made it to the fantasy football playoffs, and if yours haven’t started yet, I hope you’re ready for next week. Continuing the Christmas theme for the fun rankings in the Week 15 Fantasy Football Rankings, Nicole and I went on a Christmas Lights Walk this past weekend. After a hugely disappointing show at Richmond Raceway the week before, we had seen some fun Christmas light shows online. So this week I’m showing the top 10 I found. Maybe you found/saw others, so please share them if you have them.

2022 Week 15 Fantasy Football Sleepers
🚨 ATTENTION 🚨 These are sleepers. They will not mimic my rankings 100%. This is chasing higher and often comes with more risk.
ATTACK PLAYER
POSSIBLE START: Desmond Ridder, ATL “In his first game?!” You’re crazy?! Well, let’s consider Ridder as the runner, because his ability gives him a fantasy perspective similar to that of Daniel Jones. He can run, but he won’t always take off. Ridder is actually a good pocket passer, and a 225-yard passing game with 1-2 TDs is doable, even against the Saints, and then an extra 40 rushing yards with hopes of a rushing TD gives Ridder ground. and advantage. And that advantage would be in the marginal range of QB1.
RUNNING BACKWARDS
POSSIBLE START: Gus Edwards, BAL — Tyler Huntley looks likely for Week 15, but he’s not going to change the Ravens’ game plan to run, run and run some more. Yes, the Steelers’ defense is vulnerable, but 28 combined attempts from JK Dobbins and Edwards is enough volume to make Edwards a decent midfielder against the Browns and his lack of defense against the run.
BEGINNING OF HAIL MARIA: Cam Akers, LAR — That’s why I chose Akers in rounds 4-5: I miss the playoffs and I win my consolation box on his shoulders! It is still extremely risky to rely on this offense, the broken offensive line, Sean McVay, or even Akers himself. However, Akers gets a favorable matchup (Packers) and is RB10 in the last two weeks.
THE WIDE RECEIVER
POSSIBLE START: Alec Pierce, IND — It was a long wait from Pierce’s third double-digit score through fourth (six games), but he returned to relevance at 8-4-86-1 against the Cowboys in Week 13. As mentioned in the resignations, I bow slightly to Pierce. about Parris Campbell, as Pierce is the potential future No. 2 solution for the Colts. Campbell is a free agent, yes, he’s that age already, and Pierce has the biggest game and highest touchdown potential, especially against the Vikings’ porous defense.
POSSIBLE START: Elijah Moore, NYJ – With Corey Davis sidelined, Moore steps up the target action pecking order, and the matchup is set for a big game. For the year, the Raiders are the only team worse against slot receivers, and from Week 8, they “jump” to 27th, while the Lions are in last place. As long as the weather stays out of 30 degrees and no precipitation, light Moore in week 15.
BEGINNING OF THE HAIL MARIA: Chris Moore, HOU — Speaking of the Moops (Seinfeld fans get it), if Nico Collins remains sidelined, you can take a flyer on Moore if you’re skinny at the wide receiver position. No matter what the Texans do at quarterback, the Chiefs are a favorable matchup for receivers, especially since they pressure opponents to keep up. Moore is WR37 as of Week 7 with 8.6 FPPG and is now pushing for the team lead in receiving yards (sad, I know).
HARD ENDING
BEGINNING OF THE HAIL MARIA: Dawson Knox, BUF — If you’re on Yahoo, the answer is Jeff Driskel, whom the team listed as a tight end last year, giving him eligibility there this year. Knox has more than missed this year, and especially compared to 2021, but the Bills face the Dolphins in Week 15. This is another “watch the weather” game, but if things aren’t bad, the Dolphins they’re seventh in The APA Tight End, which isn’t quite on the level of the Cardinals or Seahawks, but with Gabe Davis being mostly disappointing and the frustrations surrounding Isaiah McKenzie (they signed Cole Beasley), Knox is worth starting.
Have fun with the rankings!
The best Christmas light shows
As I mentioned, this week I’m showing the top 10 I found. Maybe you found/saw others, so please share them if you have them.
- Christmas carol of the Bells — Major improvements to instrument timing.
- holly merry christmas — Fun song, fun lights, including a display with the snowman (Burl Ives).
- Winter Wonderland/Here Comes Santa Claus — Snoop Dogg Christmas music?
- pirates of the Caribbean — I don’t care that it’s not a Christmas song… I love this theme, and the lights are great.
- Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy — Pretty cool even though it’s techno-y/dubstep. Also, imagine the electricity bill!
- star wars christmas — Another one that is not Christmas music, but who is complaining?
- Christmas light show — Compilation with a good mix and song of bombillas.
- All I want for Christmas — The singing of trees and bulbs is fun.
- Little Drummer — Don’t worry about this version of Little Dummer Boy, even though it’s also dubstep.
- The most wonderful time of the year — It loses a bit of its novelty once you’ve seen this house, but it’s still an impressive piece of work to originally build it and then pass the time. Still, can I get a still shot?
OTHERS
More Star Wars lights!
And more!
A 32 minute show!
Another LONG show (almost an hour)
Another carol of the bells
Cool drone shot of a large field/grove, but not Christmassy… I think.
Week 15 Fantasy Football Screenings
🚨 WARNING 🚨 These may differ from my classifications, and my ranks are the order in which players would start outside of aggregate context, such as “You need the highest edge, even if it’s risky.” Also, based on 4-point TD for QB, 6-point rest and Half-PPR
***These are NOT updated Sunday morning, FYI***
Week 15 Fantasy Football Standings
🚨 WARNING 🚨
- We may have found a solution to the rankings widget issue using Fantasy Nation (via Football Diehards). All three scores work and I can edit them (unlike before), and the widget will allow you to scroll in Android (browser) without using two fingers! HURRAH!
- Updated regularly so check back all the way to the lineup lock.
NOTES
- San Francisco/Mar — The replacements performed poorly, and the 49ers’ defense was excellent. ken walker It could end up as an RB1 but it has a near zero floor. Rated where I risk, but your bet for that edge/risk.
- BAL/CLE — Weather: Slight concern as of now (low 30 degrees with some wind) but no “really sitting down” yet given the value of the passing game options here already.
- MIA/BUF — Weather: Possible snow showers, which degrades the decent passing game. Still you ain’t on the bench jose allen, Stefan Diggs Y Tyreek Hill. The others in the passing game are up for discussion… if it’s snowing.
- CHARGES/ONLY — Weather: almost without concern; only sub-30 temperatures.
- THAT/NEW — Weather: No real concern as 30+… except they fade a hell of a lot jared goff outdoor. Also, D’Andre Swift He has no injury designation (as of now) and has only seen him twice (weeks 1 and 13, when he had big games).
- NE/FM — ramondre stevenson It sounds doubtful and Damian Harris it sounds likely that he will play, which is what the rankings reflect.
- NIC/TB — Risky to wait tee higgins given 1) last week and 2) it’s a 4pm game.
- NYG/WSH — saquon barkley practicing, but there are still few backup options for Sunday Night Football, and the defense against the majors run is solid.
